Sleep

AM -- woke at 8 AM // total of about 8 hours // was up a few times in the night, rain storm knocked the plywood out of our hail broken kitchen window // slept from 3-5 PM

PM -- in bed by 11 PM

Eat

NUTREINCE first thing upon waking and PM dose at night (click on link and use $10simplyhuman to get $10 off)

morning -- coffee with butter and cinnamon

raisins on way home from pool at 2 PM

large raw salad at 2:30 PM

dinner -- primal ground meat with diced tomatoes and large zucchini // dark chocolate // fruit and cashews

snack -- cottage cheese with blueberries and protein

Move

got 10,000 steps in but no workout

Enjoy

  • took girls to the swimming pool in Albany -- rode the big slide for better part of an hour
  • cleaned up the garage so the truck would fit in it easier
  • got my son a bottle and down for a nap this morning
  • walk with the girls to look at the storm damage tonight
