AM -- woke at 8:30 AM // really groggy this morning -- think I'm still jacked up from my police ridealong

PM -- 11:14 PM bedtime

post workout shake -- blueberries, egg, protein, 1/2 scoop karbolyn, chia seeds

dinner -- sirloin steak // large salad (romaine from my garden) // dark chocolate // bowl of frozen fruit and cashews // few apple slices and almond butter
