Sleep

AM -- terrible night // woke at 3:30 to pee and could not go back to sleep. Mind was racing. Finally just got up around 4 AM and studied my CSCS stuff until 6 AM // went back to sleep until 7:45 // total of 5:51 -- I am racking up quite the sleep deficit

PM -- got about an hour nap late this afternoon // in bed by 11:49 PM

Eat

NUTREINCE first thing upon waking and PM dose at night (click on link and use $10simplyhuman to get $10 off)

11 AM -- decaf with MCT, butter and cinnamon

3 PM -- 2 oz spinach // 1.2 oz okra // 4 oz carrots // 4 oz tomatoes // 1 tbsp Skinny Fat Olive Oil // 1 can tuna

Dinner -- rest of the beef heart // 8 oz cottage cheese with 1 scoop of protein // 85% dark chocolate

snack -- few bites of raw cheese // handful of cashews

Move

10,212 steps today // walked at 10:30 PM to finish off the 10K

  • Half enjoy - half heartbreak -- my girl's last day of pre-K this morning. Hit me harder than I thought it would when I was telling her bye.
  • Awesome weather.
  • Going on a movie date with the girls tonight -- Legends of Oz, they loved it.
  • Walk with Rudy late tonight and with the girls before the movie.
