PM -- in bed around 10:30 PM

2 PM -- cashews and dark chocolate (85%)

snack -- Exo cricket bar

dinner -- sirloin steak (broiled) // large salad with salmon and boiled eggs (from central market) // pickle

snack -- cottage cheese with chia, blueberries and protein

  • my garden is amazing. Gone for nearly two weeks and the squash, romaine, cantaloupe and tomatoes are going crazy...very happy.
  • home for the first time in a while
  • had the kids all to myself tonight and a good friend and his son came over to play (Dr. Nick from episode 26)
  • Finished my CPR training today so I'm one step closer to getting my CSCS test score
  • my mom cut my hair this morning -- she cut my hair from age 0-17 so that brought back some memories! haha
