AM -- woke at 6:30 to a little girl wanting to snuggle then never went back to sleep...ha // total of about 7 hours

PM -- in bed around 11 PM

blood sugar was 83 this morning at 7 AM -- good

9 AM -- post workout protein shake

lunch (3 PM) -- 5 egg omelet with lettuce, cheese, olives, tomatoes, carrots, onions // pineapple

dinner -- grass fed chuck steak, grass fed summer sausage // grilled veggies // watermelon // sweet potato with butter and cinnamon

dessert -- cottage cheese with scoop of protein
