reps: 5-4-3-2-1 of 60% 65% 70% 75% and 80% of
press (180 max)
squat (had to raise the bench and made a make-shift squat rack -- 315 max)
clean and jerk (185 max)
bent barbell rows
stretch and mobility
- the YMCA people forgot I was back in the weight room so I got to finish my workout after they closed...ha.
- Crossfit games was a bummer since Ryan's teammate dislocated his knee.
- Ran in to Tucker Max again and visited with him awhile.
- Good times with family at the hotel pool and hot tub.
