AM -- woke at 6:10 AM // total of about 7 hours

PM -- in bed at 11 PM

Eat

blood sugar - 93 (little high)

morning -- coffee with MCT, butter and cinnamon

after workout -- protein shake

dinner -- sirloin steak // sweet potato // salad with tomatoes // cashews // dark chocolate (had to eat late)
