AM -- woke at 6 AM (didn't track sleep last night but feel like I slept pretty well)

PM -- in bed around midnight (got Jenn to watch first episode of Game of Thrones -- I'm reading books)

Eat

coffee with cinnamon, butter and MCT

dinner -- 6 egg omelet // leftover primal ground meat // dark chocolate 90%

Move

lower back was a little tight so I decided to take an easy day

walked a few times

  • went to a little league baseball game today
  • got the girls pink bats and a tee - we played in backyard
  • took an hour nap with Hope
  • jumped on trampoline tonight at friends house we saw out on a walk
  • got to see twin babies twice today -- one of them twice, at least
