Blood sugar was 85 this morning -- good. Especially after eating around 200 carbs yesterday.

strip set hamstring curls starting at 130 going down to last weight on stack

Mid back on right side has a bit of a tweak -- e-stimmed it tonight, hope it's not anything serious
