Sleep

AM -- 7 AM wake // 6:40 total // sleep app said I had 67% sleep quality -- not good

PM -- in bed at 11 PM

Eat

Blood sugar was 92 -- lower than I thought it would be

NUTREINCE first thing upon waking and PM dose at night (click on link and use $10simplyhuman to get $10 off)

morning -- coffee with MCT, butter and cinnamon

11:30 AM -- square of 85% dark chocolate

4:30 PM -- 4 oz blueberries // scoop protein // ice & water

dinner -- 6 eggs cooked with tomato // 2 cans tuna // 4 oz romaine // total of 4 oz tomatoes // 1 tbsp olive oil // 8 oz cottage cheese with scoop protein

Move

walked at 9:30 PM with a 20 lb weight vest on

walked around campus at 3 PM -- about 2 miles

didn't do much of anything else

  • lots of walking today
  • garden is coming along nicely -- spent some time working out there tonight with girls getting muddy
