AM -- woke at 7:20 AM // 3 year in our bed around 4 AM and the 4 year old didn't want to sleep alone so I slept with the 4 year old in the 3 year old's bed for rest of the morning - that's my life

PM -- watched a movie tonight // in bed just after midnight

post workout -- protein shake (protein powder, bone broth, berries, water, ice, maca powder) Haelyn drank a lot of it

dinner -- rest of the kidney stuff from last night // apple with almond butter // cashews & raisins // frozen mangos // raw cheese
