AM -- woke at 6:10 AM and was going to get up and walk dogs, next thing I knew it was 7:30 PM // total of about 8.5 hours

PM -- glasses on before 8 PM // in bed by 10 PM

Eat

NUTREINCE first thing upon waking and PM dose at night (click on link and use $10simplyhuman to get $10 off)

no coffee this morning -- didn't eat anything. First feeling of hunger was around 4 PM. Ended up unintentionally doing a 22 hour fast.

Dinner -- leftover primal ground meat stew // raw salad with olive oil and avocado // small bowl of cashews // chunk of raw cheese

rest day

starting a Chin Up progression where I will do sets of 10 strict hang, neutral grip pullups several times throughout the day and a 5-minute challenge on Satudays. 8 week program to increase arm strength, grip strength, abs/core, etc...

I did a total of 40 pullups today -- 4 x 10. I have one of those door frame bars hanging in my bedroom door which has the neutral grip handles. My rack in garage can only be a suppinated grip.

Did about 30' of mobility before bed: hips, low back, IT bands, adductors, upper back, hip flexors
