AM -- woke at 1:30 to an "accident" happening in the other room // woke at 6:30 // total of 10 hours -- needed it

PM -- glasses on at sunset // in bed around 11 PM

Eat

4 PM -- protein shake // cottage cheese with protein

dinner -- Jason's Deli salad topped with Wild Planet tuna // cashews and apple & almond butter
