PM -- in bed by 9 PM

12:30 PM -- bag of Mt. Evans trail mix // 2 organic beef hot dogs // raw Swiss cheese // cashews

blood sugar was 90 at 5 PM

dinner -- Sharon's turkey and sausage // large green salad // Nikki's frozen yogurt (I just get the yogurt that has the NS thing which stands for no sugar added) // raisins // 85% dark chocolate // handful of carob raisins
