PM -- in bed by 10:30 (i can't remember the last time I was this sore)

Eat

blood sugar was 78 this morning -- good.

coffee with butter and MCT in morning

lunch -- roast, sweet potatoes, jalapenos wrapped in bacon with cream cheese, chicken, carob cubes

snack at night -- carob almonds, 85% dark chocolate, mangos

Move

could barely move today I was so sore
