AM -- woke at 7:30 AM // total of about 8 hours -- up a few times in the night getting liquids into my daughter

PM -- fell asleep around 11 PM // glasses on by 8:30 PM

Eat

blood sugar was 78 this morning -- been 92 the last two mornings

morning -- coffee with butter, MCT, cinnamon

lunch -- house salad with olive oil

after workout -- protein shake with bone marrow, spirulina, maca powder, raw egg, berries, ice, water, blended protein

Dinner -- grilled salmon and steamed broccoli // leftover primal ground meat from last night // Swiss cheese // baking chocolate

snack -- frozen mangos and blue berries
