Simply Human Lifestyle -- Monday

Sleep

AM -- woke at 7:30 AM // total of about 10 hours (much needed)

PM -- in bed by 10:30 PM

Eat

NUTREINCE first thing upon waking and PM dose at night (click on link and use $10simplyhuman to get $10 off)

black coffee this morning -- then nothing until 7 PM (25 hour fast)

Dinner -- 2 large salads from Jason's Deli (greens, veggies, olive oil, 3 eggs, olives) then I brought 2 cans of sardines and 1/2 an avocado and about 3 oz of raw cheese

snack -- 1/2 of a paleo diet bar I got this weekend (eating window closed at 8 PM)

Move

rest day -- 40 pullups total (neutral grip // dead hang)

Enjoy

  • slept in the girls bed all night -- needed sleep and I got a lot
  • gymnastics and dinner date -- both girls set new back flip records on the harness
  • chiropractor visit with all five of us -- thanks Dr. Nick!
  • Hunter is the smiliest baby of all time
