AM -- woke at 6:50 AM // total of about 5 hours sleep (not good)

PM -- in bed by 9 PM

Eat

no food until I had some grass fed beef sticks around 3 PM

dinner -- BBQ in Lampasas (ribs, brisket, sausage, chicken, potato salad) // eating window closed at 6 PM

Move

not much today other than walking and unloading 25 fifty pound bags of mulch from a truck
