AM -- woke to no alarm at 6:10 AM // total of about 8 hours

PM -- in bed around 11:30 PM // stayed up too late surfing the interwebs

morning -- coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon

before and after workout -- creatine and BCAs

dinner -- grilled on back porch (hamburgers for wife and kids // chuck steak for me) // salad with avocados and olive oil // baking chocolate // cashews // carob almonds // raw Swiss cheese

According to my Wendler protocol -- my new press max is 170#!! Up from 150 in October. Very happy about that.
