PM -- in bed by 10 PM

woke up in the middle of the night and felt like I was getting food poisoning or something // tons of stomach pain // thanks grains, legumes and sugar -- NOT WORTH IT!!!

morning -- coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon

4 PM -- bone broth with coconut oil

7 PM -- primal ground beef stew (cooked in water with onion and garlic and spices) // salad (romaine, spinach, cucumber, avocado, olive oil, sea salt) // baking chocolate

around 2,000 kcal // 54 carbs
