SHL -- Sunday


AM -- woke at 9 AM // gonna take me a while to recover from the late night

PM -- went to bed at 9 PM on purpose // rough day -- could hardly keep my eyes open all day


NUTREINCE first thing upon waking and PM dose at night (click on link and use $10simplyhuman to get $10 off)

morning -- apple & almond butter // carrots

afternoon -- raw cheese // buttery white rice // cashews // cookie (thanks Hollie...haha)

dinner -- sausage & brisket // corn, baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad

snack -- frozen yogurt with fruit (an really high carb day and I usually don't eat beans or corn so this should be interesting)


walked on treadmill 30 minutes with 5 month old, 30 minutes without


  • Dinner and frozen yogurt with family tonight
  • FaceTimed with my brother this morning
  • Got to hang with my middle child and son all afternoon while wife and oldest went to baby shower
  • Haven't walked with Hunter in a while -- he's getting heavy!
  • Got to bed super early.
