AM -- woke at 6:50 AM // total of about 8.5 hours

PM -- glasses on by 8 PM // in bed before 10:30 PM

Eat

25 hour fast today but still took NUTREINCE first thing

pre and post workout -- creatine and BCAs

dinner (7 PM) -- beef kidney stew (kidney, diced tomatoes, spices, onion, bunch of asparagus) // 2 large salads from Jason's Deli (spring mix, tomatoes, olives, olive oil, peppers, onions, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, sunflower seeds, boiled eggs) // raw cheese // baking chocolate

snack -- cashews

eating window was about 2 hours today (7-9 PM)

10' warm up (plyometrics and mobility)

new 1 rep PR shoulder press 165# -- worked my way up with reps with 95, 115, 135, 145, 150, then attempted 165. Then I did 155 right after pretty easily which is the weight I got stuck on a couple of months ago. Incredible strength gain in my shoulders over the last 5 months. Increase of 10% -- and I've seen the same percentage increase in my squat as well

Getting ready for my 8 day outdoor survival training course next week!!

Made coffee on propane stove outside -- need to test and see how many propane tanks I'm going to need for my coffee!

Planning on "unplugging" the whole time I'm there with the exception of 1 phone call per day to my wife and kids. No facebook, twitter, email, texts, Instagram. I'm really looking forward to it and will probably be something I incorporate at least once a year from here on out.
