AM -- woke around 7:30 AM // about 8 hours total

PM -- in bed around 11 PM

Eat

morning -- coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon

dinner around 6 PM -- after being on my feet and outside most of the day I was STARVING and sunburned : primal chili from yesterday // sweet potato fries // dark chocolate 85% // raw cheese // frozen berries

Move

was planning to work out this afternoon but ran out of time -- will do two lifts tomorrow and one sunday (that's the plan anyway)
