Sleep

AM -- woke at 7:15 // about 10 hours of much needed slumber

PM -- glasses on by 8 PM // didn't get to bed until around midnight

Eat

morning -- coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon (no 24 hour fast today)

afternoon -- bone broth with 2 tbsp coconut oil

Dinner -- 12 oz grass fed liver slow cooked with tomatoes, onions, spices // 8 oz raw cheese // romaine salad with bell pepper and 2 tbsp olive oil

Move

pretty sore from yesterday but not nearly as sore as I thought I'd be

Walked 30 minutes with dogs

Took girls on a 45 minute nature hike during lunch

Enjoy

  • Nature hike behind house was fun. We cut through coyote poop, found coyote and deer tracks, picked up snail shells, learned about how to watch for snakes, and lots of other stuff!
  • Good to get out and walk with the dogs.
  • Gymnastics with the girls is always fun.
