AM -- woke at 7:30 AM // total of about 8 hours

PM -- had trouble falling asleep tonight // watched a basketball game with glasses on // didn't fall asleep until around 12:15 AM

morning -- coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon

Move

resting up before a long, slow run tomorrow

at the airport, my buddy and I don't take the train to the terminals -- we walk. And we also walked alot in downtown Atlanta tonight
