Sleep

AM -- woke around 6 AM // total of about 6 hours -- not when I wanted to wake up but mind was racing and I have lots to do

PM -- glasses on around 8 PM // in bed around 11:30 PM

Eat

9 AM -- coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon

2:30 PM -- homemade trail mix (coconut flakes / cashews)

Dinner -- 1 pound grass fed ground meat and 3 eggs // large cabbage salad with avocado & olive oil dressing // baking chocolate // carrots

Move

didley squat today other than about a 20 minute walk

last day on the road -- excited to see my babies

saw a high school friend this morning that I haven't seen in about 10 years
