AM -- woke at 6 AM to a sick kid // total of about 7 hours

PM -- glasses on at 7:30 PM // in bed at 8:45 PM

Eat

NUTREINCE multivitamin (take it in the AM and PM)

morning -- coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon

afternoon -- bone broth with coconut oil and sea salt // coconut flakes

dinner -- steamed salmon // raw salad with avocado dressing (avocado, lime juice, lemon juice, sea salt, olive oil) // baking chocolate // carrots & almond butter

Move

not much -- dealing with sick kid most of the day

Grumpy b/c I had a ton of stuff planned for today which got derailed -- missed 2 bday parties and opportunity to work in my yard in the beautiful weather. Wait. This is the Complain section right?
