Sleep

AM -- woke a little after 7 // in bed around 11:30 PM // total of about 7.5 hours

PM -- in bed around 11 PM // driving until 10:30 PM and had my polarized glasses on if bright headlights were bothering me

Eat

morning -- black coffee (ate last night around 10:30 PM so I will do a 20ish hour fast today)

dinner -- beef/chicken fajitas with extra grilled veggies and no rice/beans (no tortillas) // topped with sour cream, guacamole, cheese, pico and salsa

snack -- cheese, cashews and beef jerky from Buccees
