Sleep

AM -- woke at 6:45 AM // in bed at 9:30, total of more than 9 hours & much needed

PM -- in bed a little after 11 PM // glasses on by 7:30 PM

Eat

24 hour fast from 7PM - 7PM

black coffee in morning

dinner -- steak and sweet potato // big salad from Jasons' (mxd greens, tomatoes, onions, peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, olive oil, olives, boiled eggs, pepper // raw cheese // cashews // few carrots and almond butter

Move

rode my bike from office to lunch meeting then to pick up my car from rental place then rode around campus once and rode my bike home -- maybe 45 minutes riding?

haven't ridden my bike in a while -- fun to be on it

got lots of sleep last night

had lots of laughs in our weekly work meeting this morning

gymnastics and Jason's tonight -- love watching them do their thing!
