Sleep

AM -- woke at 6:15 no alarm // total of about 8 hours

PM -- glasses on by 8 PM // fell asleep putting girls down then got in bed around 11:30 PM

Eat

morning -- coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon

lunch -- 8 oz sirloin, asparagus // salad

dinner -- Ghengis grill bowl with cabbage as the "starch" // raw cheese // baking chocolate

snack -- coconut flakes // carrots & almond butter // handful of carob raisins

walked 30' this morning

Got to have lunch with some guys that played football together back in the mid 60s -- lots of fun.

Listened to a couple of Snap Judgments which I really enjoy.

Loving this weather.

Caught up on the Musers bits from the ticket which always leave me in tears.
