AM -- woke at 7:45 AM no alarm // total of about 9 hours

PM -- glasses on by 8 // fell asleep next to Hope from 9-10 PM // in bed before 11 PM


11:30 -- coffee (back to caffeinated) with MCT, butter and cinnamon

12:30 -- salad with grilled chicken breast

pre and post workout -- BCAs and creatine

dinner -- easy crock pot liver with sweet potato // raw salad (romaine, olives, tomato, carrots, avocado, olive oil, sea salt) // baking chocolate

snack -- cashews and coconut flakes


30' walk with dogs this morning

10' warmup

3x5 front squat with 185#

8' as many rounds as possible

6 pulls ups (used band so I could get through it faster and get to shoulder press)

6 shoulder press with 95#

did 8 rounds + 1 shoulder press (shoulders were toast)


walked with Haelyn before dinner (about 30 minutes)

walked with Hunter on treadmill (30 minutes -- 1 mile)


Walked a lot today -- something I have been missing.

Love that easy crock pot liver.

Lunch with a mentor and good friend.

Girls played outside while I ate tonight. Love the warm weather!
