AM -- woke a little before 7, no alarm // about 10 hours total
PM -- fell asleep putting girls to bed around 9:30 PM
stopped eating last night around 7 PM so I won't eat until dinner tonight - 24 hour fast
morning -- black decaf
dinner -- Jason's Deli, huge salads (8 boiled eggs, spring mix, onions, tomatoes, olives, olive oil, sunflower seeds, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, cheddar cheese) // baking chocolate
snack -- cashews, carrots & almond butter
walked with girls before dinner
3x5 shoulder press with 115#
3x10-12 BB bent row with same weight
10 good mornings with 95#
stretched and mobility (mid back, hamstrings and quads)
