AM -- woke at 7:30 AM // total of about 8 hours

PM -- fell asleep putting girls to bed at 9 PM // got in my bed at 10:30 PM // was so tired because of the high amount of carbs I had tonight

Eat

morning -- decaf with cinnamon, butter and MCT

noonish -- bone broth with coconut oil and sea salt

pre and post workout -- creatine and BCAs

dinner -- leftover primal chili and sweet potatoes from Friday // 1/2 c white rice // raw salad (romaine, tomatoes, bell pepper, carrots, olives, olive oil, avocado) // baking chocolate (6 oz)

snack -- small bowl of frozen berries, cashews and almonds // Chocolove 77% dark chocolate (nearly the whole bar) // handful of carob almonds unsweetened
