Sleep

AM -- woke on my own at 7 AM // total of about 8 hours

PM -- glasses on before 8 PM // asleep by 10:30 PM

Eat

decaf with butter, MCT and cinnamon

dinner -- crock pot liver (a new way I've figured out to cook liver which is way easier than how I've been doing it -- see recipes tab) // last of the spaghetti squash and homemade ketchup // raw salad (spinach, carrots, tomatoes, avocado, olive oil)

I've also had traces of wheat three days out of the last 8 or so (beer last weekend, carob almonds have wheat grass and barley in them) and I'm thinking that is another reason why I'm inflamed (crick in my neck and sore throat). We'll see. Avoided all inflammatory foods today.

Move

took one more day to rest -- I'm feeling much better so I'm thinking I can resume training tomorrow

Got an ice day today -- hanging at home with kids while working, too.

Our huge snowball is still intact. 

Watched Finding Nemo and The Secret of NIMH with the girls.
