Simply Human Lifestyle -- Monday


AM -- woke around 6:50 AM // not sure how much sleep I got since I didn't know what time it was that I went to bed

PM -- glasses on by 8 PM // asleep by 11 PM


had black decaf this morning around 8 AM

2:30 PM (ended fast at 20 hours b/c I feel like poo) -- grilled asparagus // watermelon // coconut flakes // dark chocolate // carob almonds, raisins and cubes

Dinner -- beef heart cooked in crock pot with can of diced tomatoes, carrots, onions and spices // spaghetti squash with homemade ketchup // baking chocolate


felt worse as the day progressed -- decided it would be better to rest another day or until I feel better


both girls came in to sleep next to me at the same time in the middle of the night. Hope brought her pack of wipies she's been carrying around everywhere - and her water bottle.

Love watching the Olympics -- especially speed skating and downhill skiing

Don't like feeling bad but will never complain about a day of rest.
