SHL -- Sunday


AM -- woke at 7:30 // total of about 10 hours // then took a nap from 2:30-4:30 so I slept 12 hours in a 24 hour period

PM -- could not fall asleep tonight but never looked at the clock // glasses on before 8 and have no idea what time I finally fell asleep


morning -- decaf with MCT, butter and cinnamon

afternoon -- carob almonds and raisins // bowl of blackberries, almonds, strawberries & raisins // dark chocolate // 1 cup of white rice // a few carob cubes

Dinner -- grilled prime rib topped with avocado & butter // grilled asparagus // raw tomato

24 hour fast began at 6:30 PM -- I was stuffed after dinner


was planning on workout out today but needed sleep more -- I walked with a baby for 30 minutes in the evening


always fun getting the girls dressed up for church

slept a lot today which I needed -- travel finally caught up to me

had all three kids solo tonight while Jenn went to dinner with friends
