AM -- woke at 5:39 (total of 7 hours)

PM -- in bed at 10 PM

Eat

dinner -- coconut milk/protein shake // 1 lb of boneless chicken thighs // large salad (romaine, tomatoes, cucumber) with homemade dressing (sour cream, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, dill, salt, garlic) // okra

snack -- cottage cheese with protein

Move

tweaked back on Thursday -- going to chiro this afternoon (nothing major -- in my younger days I would probably have just pushed through it)
