Sleep

Saturday -- woke at 7:30 AM, in bed around midnight

Sunday -- up at 6:30 AM (total of about 4 hours...TERRIBLE NIGHT OF SLEEP. I had some caffeine tonight and I haven't had caffeine in about two weeks. I got in bed around 12:30 and didn't fall asleep until past 2:30 AM. Idiot). In bed around 10:30 PM

Eat

Saturday -- pound of boneless chicken thighs for dinner, few whiskey drinks, 4 raw peanut butter cookies and frozen cherries at around midnight, midday -- Mt Evans trail mix, remaining carob cubes, cashews

Sunday -- coffee & butter, carob cubes, trail mix, dried pineapple, ribeye, dark chocolate, yogurt with blueberries and protein, cashews

Move

nada -- supposed to lift today but my stupid back is killing me. Did some e-stim and mobility on it.

Felt MUCH better Sunday than Saturday. I watched the entire Cowboy game doing mobility. Using theracane on my back. couch stretch. gaping on knees. adductor wall stretch. hand stands. lunge stretches. just rotated through everything i could think of for 3 hours straight.
