AM -- woke around 7:30 AM (total of about 8 hours)

PM -- in bed around 10:30 PM

dinner -- large raw salad (spinach, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, Braggberry), 1 pound of chicken thighs, carrots & peanut butter

snack -- protein and cottage cheese

work up to 2 + 1 of snatch grip push press and overhead squat -- 145#

snatch 3RM (125) then 3 x 3 with 110#

snatch pull with 135, 4 x 3

3 x strict pulls and 1' plank hold (21 on first set of chins)

3 x barbell curls (55#) and back extension

10' hip mobility
