Sleep

Saturday -- woke a little before 7 AM and couldn't go back to sleep (total of about 6 hours) // was in bed by 9:30 PM

Sunday -- woke at 7 AM (total of nearly 9 hours) // in bed around 10:45

Eat

NUTREINCE first thing upon waking and PM dose at night (click on link and use $10simplyhuman to get $10 off)

lunch Saturday -- leftover eggs and bacon

dinner Saturday -- Omission beer, grilled chicken, slice of supreme pizza (first pizza I've had in 16 months)

Sunday foods -- carob cubes, dried bananas and mangos, sirloin steak, yogurt with protein and blueberries, sweet potato with butter, decaf with Skinny fat and butter

Move

didn't lift either day -- did some mobility work both days and "coached" at the football game Saturday which included lots of walking
