Sleep

AM -- woke at 7:45 AM (total of about 8 hours -- later than I wanted to sleep, my phone died so my alarm didn't go off)

PM -- in bed around 10:30 PM

Eat

lunch -- two grilled chicken breasts, trail mix, dried fruit (from central market)

dinner -- primal ground meat, apple with almond butter, cheese, cashews, dark chocolate

snack -- protein in yogurt with strawberries

Move

nada -- back is about 100%, going to workout tomorrow and saturday then pick back up on the programming on Monday

Enjoy

  • saw my folks this morning -- got a haircut from my mom
  • home to see the family this afternoon
  • went on a little car date with Haelyn (she went with me to pick up my car from rental place and get a carwash)
  • played outside and ate outside tonight
  • watched Parenthood with Jenn -- LIVE (that never happens)
  • got some fun puzzles in the mail today that I ordered -- played with them for a while
