AM -- woke at 6:45 (total of about 8 hours -- up once in the night with Haelyn)

PM -- in bed a little after midnight

Eat

dinner -- leftover primal ground meat // one-trip salad at Jason's (had some walnut/cranberry mix)

snack -- apple with almond butter

warmed up and did squats with 185 -- sets of 15, 15 and 8
