Simply Human Lifestyle -- Monday

Sleep

AM -- woke at 6:07 no alarm but was awake for a few minutes at 10:30 PM and 2:30 AM

PM -- got in bed around midnight

Eat

Glucose was 90 which I'm thrilled with considering how much I ate and how many carbs I ate yesterday. I think by putting on muscle I'm becoming more insulin sensitive. My body thrives carrying around more muscle.

morning -- black coffee with nothing in it. This is my 24-hour fast day. It'll be closer to 22 hours since I shut my eating window down at 7 PM last night and will eat around 5 PM tonight.

dinner -- eggs with kippered herring // raw cheese // raw salad from Jason's Deli

snack -- macadamia nuts and cashews (ate late after National Title game)

Move

walked for an hour at lunch

Got the girls signed up for gymnastics this morning so that starts tonight! Much fun.
