AM -- woke around 7:15 AM // slept good

PM -- watched a movie tonight - in bed around midnight // was really hard for me to stay awake.


morning -- 1 of the Ramekin pancakes I made for girls (see recipes tab) and two pieces of bacon // coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon

dinner -- leftover beef heart stew from yesterday // large raw salad (same as yesterday) // raw cheese

snack -- apple and carrots with almond butter // baking chocolate


planned rest day

walked with a baby for 35 minutes in afternoon


Today I'm grateful for:

giving health and wellness advice to a good friend

making breakfast with the girls while my wife and son got to sleep in

my ability to play the guitar

planning on helping a friend process some chickens this afternoon
