AM -- was up with allergy stuff from 4-5 AM but fell back asleep and woke at 7 AM // total of about 8 hours
PM -- glasses on before 8 PM // in bed by 10 PM
8 AM -- water with lemon
9 AM -- coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon
pre and post workout -- BCAs
2 PM - bone broth, MCT and sea salt
glucose was 68 and ketones were 1.2 right before dinner
Dinner -- leftover primal ground meat from yesterday // large salad // baking chocolate // 8 oz raw cheese

3 x max rep strict overhand pullup (13, 10, 8)

watched one of our strength coaches back squat 500# this afternoon -- really incredible. First time he'd ever done it. He was pumped.
