Sleep

AM -- woke at 7 then went in and out of sleep until 8 PM // total of about 8 hours

PM -- glasses on around 8:45 PM (dinner with friends so later than usual) // fell asleep on the floor at around 11 PM and made it into bed around 12:45 PM

Eat

wasn't hungry this morning so didn't eat and didn't make coffee

2:30 PM -- coconut butter and some raw cacao nibs

6:30 PM -- grass fed hamburgers // lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, bacon // raw cheese // sweet potato fries

Move

another rest day...

Several people the last few days have commented on an increase in mass that they've noticed -- most people would be sad by that but it's exactly what I'm trying to do right now so it's good!

Dinner with good friends -- had a really good time. 

Watched the ACU women beat Sam Houston this afternoon. 

Interviewed a couple of famous people for the show today -- for the January 28th show.
