AM -- woke at 7:15 AM // total of about 7 hours
PM -- glasses on around 8 PM // in bed by 11:30 PM
8:30 AM -- coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon
1 PM -- bone broth with coconut oil and sea salt
snacks from 2-3 PM -- coconut butter // white rice with stew meat leftover from Sunday (probably about 4 oz) // carrots and almond butter
6 PM -- grilled chuck steak // raw tomato // grilled veggies (onions, bell pepper, okra)
Didn't do jack today
Got to see my kids today after a few days away -- seeing your own offspring (especially after a short separation) is a feeling you cannot describe.
Listened to some podcasts today and found some new potential guests for the show.
Grilled burgers for Jenn -- I like grilling outside, it's fun.
