AM -- woke little before 7 AM // total of about 9 hours // was up for a while during the night with disturbing nightmares -- think it was maybe the raw cacao nibs I had around 8:30, maybe caffeine in there or something?

PM -- got stuck without glasses visiting with some friends // asleep just before midnight

Eat

morning -- coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon

lunch -- salad bar with a few slices of marinated beef

dinner -- Ghengis grill large bowl with steamed white rice
