AM -- was up with a coughing 3-year-old from 2-3:30 PM // woke to alarm at 6 AM easilty // total of about 6.5 hours sleep

PM -- glasses on little before 8 PM // in bed by 11 PM

Eat

9 AM -- coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon

pre workout -- BCAs

post workout -- BCAs // coconut oil in bone broth with sea salt

dinner -- pound of liver cooked in butter, onions and garlic // large salad with olive oil // raw cheese // 2 oz backing chocolate

snack -- carrots with almond butter // raisins
