AM -- woke at 6:45 // little less than 8 hours of sleep
PM -- glasses on around 7:30 PM // watched some TV and read and went to bed around 11:30 PM
morning -- coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon
lunch -- 1.2 lbs of prime rib // 3 boiled sweet potatoes with butter and cinnamon and sea salt (absolutely ridiculously stuffed)
4 PM -- bowl of macadamia nuts and a few handfuls of healthy popcorn -- eating window shut down at 5 PM
3x10 dead lift with 175
3x10 barbell high pull with 75
8 step ups each leg holding 50#
15 squat jumps
rest 2' between sets
right around 11 minutes -- each set got faster
Made it on time to church this morning! Always makes me happy.
